The Skills You’ll Master

Embark on a transformative journey through three critical levels of growth and mastery: Practitioner, Coach, and Leader.

I. Practitioner Level

The foundational stage where you will:

• Follow your Heart: Understand the principles and practices of Heart-Centered Living, including various stages of spiritual development, the art of tuning in to your heart, and the power of heart virtues.
• Create a Life you Love: Develop a new vision for your life, aligned with your core values, life purpose, and true desires of your heart. You will recognize your heart’s vision, develop a strategy for success, eliminate energy drains, and create a 90-day manifestation plan.
• Master your Emotions: Take command of your emotional well-being, identify your emotional wounds and shadows, navigate your emotional landscape, and learn techniques to neutralize, transmute, and redirect negative emotions.

II. Coach Level

An intermediate level that polishes your:

• Communication Skills: Learn conscious communication basics, how shadow dynamics affect relationships, the framework of compassionate communication, the power of feedback and expressing desires, and the art of compassionate inquiry.
• Coaching Techniques: Imbibe the fundamentals of Heart Intelligence Coaching. You will understand the components of transformative change and the power of questions, presence, silence, and deep listening. Learn to facilitate small groups and deal with blocks, resistance, and shadows.
• Enrollment Mastery: You will learn to create rather than attract clients, understand the decisions a potential client must make, build trust and credibility, and have successful enrollment conversations without feeling like you’re selling.

III. Leader Level

The advanced level covers:

• Transforming Lives: Understand the seven stages of practice building, clarify your business’ vision & purpose, design your products and services, set prices, and learn efficient ways to fill your practice.
• Transcending Your Limitations: Walk the Path of Transcendence, recognize and overcome self-defeating behaviors, choose your guides and masters, understand the power of integrity, and tap into the power of compassion, forgiveness, and surrender.
• Leading Powerfully: Discover your unique leadership style, work in and on your vision, assemble your support team, and understand the Nine Laws of Heart Leadership.

Logistics, Requirements & Certification

The Heart Leader Certification Program begins on Monday, April 29th, 2024, meeting every Monday until the completion of the program. For your convenience, we’ve created two groups:

Group A: Meets at 6am EST, 11am GMT, 12pm CEST/SAST, 3:30pm IST, 8pm AEST
Ideal for people located in Europe, Asia, and Australia (See your local time)

Group B: Meets at 9am PST, 12pm EST, 5pm GMT, 6pm CEST/SAST
Ideal for people located in the United States, Latin America, and Europe (See your local time)

The primary prerequisites are your full participation and a burning desire to master the skills of Heart-Centered Transformative Leadership to help others.

Upon completion of the program and satisfying all requirements, The Heart Leader Academy and Gabriel Gonsalves will certify you in Heart Intelligence Coaching and Heart-Centered, Transformative Leadership. This remarkable training allows you not only to evolve as a being, but also to help in shifting humanity’s consciousness to a wiser and more compassionate level.
